This inhibits the enzyme, 5-alpha reductase, which ensures that the fungus stops growing and growing, for longer durations.
By stopping the action of the enzyme, terbinafine allows the fungal cells, proteins and glycolytic enzymes to continue to grow, providing you with relief from your symptoms.
Lamisil Spray comes in the form of sprays that are applied directly to the affected area. The spray should only be used once.
When you're ready to use the spray, you should first spray the solution directly into your affected area. Wash your hands thoroughly to get rid of any residue that you have that evening.
After applying the Lamisil Spray, remove the cap on the bottle and wash your hands with soap and water. Put the bottle in the water bath and allow the spray to come to your face for a short time. Be sure to cover the treated area with water at all times, even if your symptoms disappear.
If Lamisil Spray has not worked after being used for a few days, you can continue to use it for the rest of your days. Do not use the spray more often than directed.
